As the nutrition speaker on OpenAI’s ChatGPT wellbeing panel, I joined a cross-disciplinary conversation on how to stay consistent with health in the middle of busy, imperfect lives. Drawing from my work across nutrition, content and wellness, I shared how I use ChatGPT as a thought partner for deep research, meal planning, vibe coding and automation for content creation via own own built-in many chats. The session explored how AI can support healthier, more realistic routines, while highlighting the continued importance of human nuance, accountability and care.
