Black Sesame Ice Cream
Creamy, nutty and lightly sweet, with Greek yoghurt and black sesame butter turning into an elegant make-ahead dessert.

Ingredients
Ice cream base
• 3 cups thick Greek yoghurt
• 1/2 cup black sesame butter
• 1/2 cup raw honey
• 1/3 cup whole milk or coconut milk
• A touch of vanilla essence
• A big pinch of salt
To serve
• Cacao nibs
• Extra honey
Method
1. Whisk the Greek yoghurt, black sesame butter, honey, milk, vanilla and salt together until completely smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container or another freezer-safe container and freeze for about 12 hours until solid.
3. Spin or churn until smooth and creamy, re-spinning if needed, depending on your machine.
4. Serve with cacao nibs or a drizzle of extra honey while it is cold, creamy and ready to scoop.
