AIR CCCC x Heveya - Nutritious Cooking Club

In collaboration with AIR CCCC and Heveya, I designed and hosted a fully booked, nutrition-led cooking club inspired by the idea that food is medicine. I co-developed two wholesome recipes with the chef, led the live cooking demo, and translated nutrition science into simple, everyday tips that support energy, mood, and sleep. I also secured sponsorship with Drink Morning to enhance the guest experience. The result was an education-first event that blended culinary craft with practical wellness, supported by on-day coverage and post-event content to extend reach.
