Ingredients
The Chia Base
• 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
• 1.5 cups milk (about 360 ml)
• 1/2 cup chia seeds
• 1 white peach oolong tea bag
• 2 tsp honey
To Serve
• Yoghurt
• Dried rose petals
Method
1. Brew the tea: steep the tea bag in 120 ml hot water for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the bag and let the tea cool fully.
2. Blend the blueberries with the milk until smooth and vibrant.
3. Pour the cooled tea into the blueberry milk, then stir in the honey.
4. Add the chia seeds and whisk until fully combined.
5. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps. Divide into jars or containers and cover.
6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, until thickened.
7. Top each jar with yoghurt and a pinch of dried rose petals before serving.
