About

Karmen’s (@TANGKARMEN) journey has always been fueled by creativity, curiosity, and a love for storytelling. With a background in marketing, she spent years bringing brands to life. But while she thrived in branding and content, she always felt drawn to something deeper: the intersection of food and wellness.

Alongside her career, Karmen modelled and built her presence as a content creator, sharing her passion for food, fashion, and lifestyle. Over time, her focus evolved from aesthetics to authenticity—shifting towards a more holistic approach to well-being. This natural progression led her to take a leap into the world of wellness, where she is now training as a nutritionist, combining her expertise in storytelling with her passion for health.

Today, Karmen creates high-impact digital content, helping brands connect with audiences through producing visually compelling work in an intentional and meaningful way.

She also founded Good For You —a space for nourishing recipes and honest restaurant reviews, spotlighting the best dining experiences in Singapore and beyond.

Her journey is a testament to how careers—like people—are ever-evolving. As a multihyphenate, she continues to shape her path with intention, blending storytelling, wellness, and culture in a way that feels both purposeful and inspiring.

Karmen’s Mission

To inspire and empower others to embrace nourishment and wellness, unlocking the healing power of food to help them look, feel, and live their best.

This mission became even more personal after a serious health scare that required lung surgery, followed by a close family member’s cancer diagnosis. These experiences reshaped her perspective, deepening her commitment to nutritional literacy and holistic health education.

Now training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Karmen is expanding her work to include nutrition coaching, bridging the gap between digital content and real-world wellness guidance. Whether through engaging content, brand collaborations, or personalized nutrition support, she hopes to make wellness more accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable.
